Opening Times

Please note our main front doors are not opened until 08:30 each morning.  Queueing will not guarantee a same day face to face appointment or a telephone consultation.   Reception is closed from 12.30 pm until 1 pm daily. We are closing every Tuesday afternoon except on Bank Holiday and Training dates.

There will be training afternoons on occasional Wednesdays between the months of September and June. These will be advertised on posters in the health centre when the dates are confirmed. There will always be a recorded message on the phone system for emergencies whilst training is taking place.

When We Are Closed

Our practice is part of the Dalriada Urgent Care Service. For emergencies out of hours the telephone number to call is

028 25 663500.

This service is designed for emergencies only and should not be used for routine care which can wait until normal surgery times. Please do not abuse the system.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
